Here at Primp Lash & Beauty Boutique in Olympia, we like to treat our custom brow shaping waxes more like a mini facial.  We use a unique and precise way of mapping out your brows by using your bone structure, natural brow, and the golden ratio in order to find the perfect and complimentary shape for your brows-creating balance and symmetry.  After the brow is properly shaped, we trim and tweeze leaving them as full and natural as possible. Stress is melted away with a brow massage and everyone's favorite tea tree lotion to help calm the skin and prevent ingrown hairs.  Our Buddha Brow + Brow Code products of pencils, powders, highlighter and brow gels make sure you're ready to take on the day when you leave!

Brow Henna

We are excited to introduce Brow Code Professional Brow Henna, The next generation in Professional Eyebrow Tinting. This Indus Valley Henna Powder will create a bold, defined, and long-lasting results. This professional range of henna consists of six highly pigmented, luxurious colors, perfect for each skin type and tone, however, colors can also be mixed together to design a customized brow color for each client, creating true brow magic. Brow Henna is free from harsh dyes and chemicals, and not only boasts vivid and rich  color,  but also offers unique health benefits by helping to restore weak and damaged hair follicles.  Henna lasts up to 10 days on the skin and up to 4 weeks on the hairs!

The way Brow Henna works on the hair and skin structure is incredibly unique in comparison to tinting. Tinting uses an oxidant to open the cuticle of the hair and allows color to penetrate the brow hair’s cortex through the oxidation process. Henna on the other hand, acts like a blanket over the hair and provides a coating to the hair shaft, coating the top layers of the hair cuticle only.  Resulting in thicker, softer and smoother brow hair.

Lasting up to 10 days on the skin and 4-6 weeks on the hair, this service is ideal for those who have sparse, over plucked or thinning brows. And is the perfect treatment for anyone considering microblading, since it leaves a permanent makeup effect on the skin.

bROW lAMINATION

Enhance your brows to their natural potential! The treatment that solved the messy brow issue by creating shape, volume and fullness whilst giving a sleek well kept brow shape for up to 2 months. Our solution contains a protein composition based on liquid keratin and silicone which will encourage brow growth by creating a protective film around the hair.

Brow Lamination  will help give you a uniform, fuller eyebrow shape. This is the ultimate solution for eyebrows that  lack symmetry and follow an unruly growth pattern. With lamination we can realign and relax the brows in a way which results in the desired shape you want and giving your brows their fullest potential.

Pair this treatment with a wax and our world-renowned tint to really complete the look.

Prior to being waxed, no products containing retinol, retinoids, Glycolic, or Salicylic acid should be used for 7 days. This includes any oral or topical acne medications. 

If you have been using Accutane you must stop use 6-12 months prior to being waxed. 
If you have had a chemical peel or laser resurfacing  treatments please wait 4 weeks before being waxed. 

New hair growth occurs every 21 days so it's encouraged to schedule every 3-4 weeks to maintain your shape and keep your brows on point. 

Please Note: If this is your first time being waxed or it has been over a year since your last wax, your skin could be more sensitive than normal and prone to breakouts or small bumps.  If you are getting waxed for a special occasion we recommend doing it a month in advance to test the reaction of the skin.  For women who are on their menstrual cycle, your skin is likely to be more sensitive than normal.
